Welcome to the E-Leap Academy (ELA). By accessing or using our website and participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the site or enrolling in any programs.
Entrepreneurial Leap Academy Refund Policy
E-Leap Academy is designed to help you succeed as an entrepreneur. If, after attending the first class, you determine you lack the 6 Essential Traits of an Entrepreneur, we offer a full refund within 7 calendar days.
To request a refund:
- Submit your request within 7 days of the first class.
- Email info@e-leap.com with your name, registration details, and a brief note confirming your decision.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days. We’re here to support your journey, wherever it leads!
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the E-Leap Academy website or enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and refrain from enrolling in any programs.
2. Program Overview
ELA provides coaching, training, and resources designed to support entrepreneurial development. Program content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not guarantee specific results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to participate in ELA programs. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment for programs must be made in full unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
- Refunds are available within 7 calendar days after the first class if you determine you lack the 6 Essential Traits of an Entrepreneur. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@e-leap.com.
- No refunds will be issued after this period.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the program, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, and presentations, are the intellectual property of ELA. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- You agree to respect and protect the intellectual property of Gino Wickman and E-Leap Academy, including but not limited to proprietary content, trademarks, and program methodologies.
6. Confidentiality
As a participant, you may have access to sensitive or confidential information shared by other participants or the program facilitators. You agree to keep all such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without explicit permission.
7. Media Release
By enrolling in the program, you grant ELA the right to use your image, name, quotes, and other media contributions for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
9. Disclaimer of Results
ELA does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in its programs. Success depends on individual effort, circumstances, and implementation of program content.
10. Limitation of Liability
ELA and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program or use of the website.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
12. Amendments
ELA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the site or program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
